thunderbird stopped displaying the number of messages in the folder (as it used to do)

Hi, For some strange reason I can no longer see the total number of messages in a folder at the most bottom line. is there a simple way of getting it back please?

Thanks for the help. (Probably nth time asked/ answered...In order to avoid a repeat answer, I googled the problem, but similar questions were rather old (2017 etc) and they didn't help. Thank you

Chosen solution

The folder count was removed from the status bar, and, as you can see, moved to the Message List Header. It can also be shown in the Folder Pane (click the ... next to the New Message button).

The folder count was removed from the status bar, and, as you can see, moved to the Message List Header. It can also be shown in the Folder Pane (click the ... next to the New Message button).
