I have recently set up and started using Thunderbird with all four of my email accounts. However, when composing an email in the "To" field, I find myself having to manually enter the full email addresses of recipients. Is there a way to access my address book from the imported emails to streamline this process?

If I understand properly, if you open each message, you can click the 'from' field and click 'add to address book.' I am not aware of any automated method to do that.

Can you export a contact list from any other mail app or webmail account? If you have Google or iCloud or outlook.com etc. contacts, they can be synced with TB.

There used to be a way to scan messages and extract addresses, but it doesn't work in current versions of TB.
