I can no longer use mozilla thunderbird because Of all the password requirements. I don't know what all these passwords are. Can't I just delete all password requirements?

Just to clarify: it is the email accounts that request the passwords, not Thunderbird.
How do I get rid of password requirements on email accounts?
You cannot. All email accounts require passwords to protect your privacy. The service that Thunderbird offers is saving the passwords for you so that you do not have to enter them every time you want to view messages.
