Can't read some emails and format for navigating emails is extremely inconvenient.

Some emails, after opening, display a series of letters and numbers, etc., and some emails from other sources are displayed as they always have. I have updated to Firefox 102.0.2.

Sometimes when I click on a particular email, the body of the email is not only a mess of alpha and numeric characters but the email that is opened is completely different than what I selected.

In addition to this new problem, the screen display of my emails has changed; I no longer have an [Address] button across the top and when I access my addresses from a drop-down menu, they do not appear in the format they used to and the one I need.

I have updated to Firefox 102.0.2.

I suppose this is about Thunderbird 102.0.2. First of all make sure to update to TB 102.0.3.

Then try to rebuild the index file of the troubled folder.

Right-click the folder - Properties - Repair Folder
