Seriously, that is about your operating systems security settings. You get asked because some actions require elevated privileges. Would you prefer the action just crashed with some obscure message about you not being the administrator? Or a dialog where you can authorize same?
Yes I am serious, If I am the administrator who would the action be elevated to? You say there is a dialog where I can authorize myself to make the change. I did not see any information that directed me to a place where authorizations are made. So, would you like to tell me how to give myself authorization? I will try the help section again and see if it leads me to the mystery place.
Microsoft offer some information here. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-do-i-log-on-as-an-administrator-63267a09-9926-991a-1c77-d203160c8563
Each time I log into my computer I log in as administrator, I don't think TB recognizes me.
Yes, you log in as an administrator. But the system has a separate administrator account and login for some functions.
