I am adding second outlook account but I am having this error "You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead." Because two-step verifiation is on using Microsoft Auntheticator app I have to sign in, in the window. How to solve this problem? Thank you.

In a browser, sign in to that MS account and generate an app password for use with Thunderbird. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/using-app-passwords-with-apps-that-don-t-support-two-step-verification-5896ed9b-4263-e681-128a-a6f2979a7944
