What can I delete from my old Profile

I got a new computer (W10 to W10) and am moving my profile to new computer. It is 464MB, mostly in Storage/Default 234MB I think this is a lot and want to slim it down. I want to keep bookmarks and have it auto recall previous sites I have visited. Can I keep the bookmarks and auto recall, but delete some of the files? These files are big also, places.sqlite, webappstore.sqlite, favicons.sqlite Thank you very much.
