"Tab Crash reporter"
I can no longer access my administrative account with the schedule website Punchpass. I was logged in and actively working on the website a few days ago and all of a sudden I got a "Tab crash reporter" notification and I can no longer access the website in Firefox. I have no problems with the website in Safari. Firefox says it is up to date. I am working on an older MacBook Pro, which is running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and I do sometimes have problems because of this. Is there a way to fix the problem? The support people with Punchpass were unable to offer an advice other than making sure Firefox is up to date. Attached is a screenshot of the error message.
