Good morning. I have been using Mozilla Firefox for so long. Then for last couple days, I had some difficulty with Microsoft OneDrive. The OneDrive tried to blocked me for using Firefox network. I tried to get updated windows 10 from your website. I got blocked . After I got blocked, my bookmarks had been altered without my consent. Why did you do that? After that I tried to contact OneDrive to report my situation and I used Firefox net work..Guess what I got blocked again by your website.. I had to use Microsoft Edge. This guy who works in OneDrive trying to send me junk mails ( Document ) so that it will damage my laptop. I will send you his documents to let you see it.. But Why did you block me to get update windows 10 from Microsoft and blocked me again try to get product from Microsoft store. I don't really understand.. Change my bookmarks were worst.. link text

Hi dandjdj1, please ignore the unofficial support solicitation that someone posted. We have no idea where that leads and don't want you to get scammed.

You mentioned "Firefox Network", do you mean the VPN add-on? See: What is Firefox Private Network?

A VPN modifies how you connect to websites and this can make them suspicious, so you may need to turn off the VPN sometimes if sites require it.
