move just one email account to another PC

In summary I have a PC with Thunderbird that has four email accounts. Let's call them A, B, C &D all 4 accounts exist in one the AppData/thunderbird/profile.

If I wanted to move all 4 accounts to a new computer that's a no brainer: 1- go to profiles {whatever the profile name} and copy the entire contents 2- go to the new installation, to the profile and paste the contents into the existing profile on the target system We do this frequently.

What we want to do TODAY is to REMOVE "C & D" email accounts from the old computer and install them on another computer that already has Thunderbird that already has an email account.

I was thinking that if I wanted to move C&D to a NEW computer ... I could copy/paste the entire profile contents (A,B,C&D)and then once installed on the new system, just delete A &B

But how to I excise C&D from one thunderbird and merge them into another existing Thunderbird?
