Firefox will save and update logins and passwords just fine. But recently it will not prompt me to save any logins/passwords for GoDaddy. I am a web designer and really love the user/password save feature, getting to be a pain for me since it won't save. Any work around here? Can I manually add to my profile or something? I am using the most recent firefox version and windows 10 on a PC.

thanks, Kristi

Type about:preferences#security<enter> in the address bar. Look under Logins,

Note: For Firefox 56+ its; about:preferences#privacy Look under Forms & Passwords +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Turn on Remember Logins. To check the passwords you have listed, press Saved Logins.

Press the Exceptions button and see what's inside.

Thanks Fred, this didn't work for me, but worth a shot! Kristi

There are some web pages that do not allow browsers to record or fill in the log-in information. Check with Godaddy support.

You can also try a Form Filling add-on.

Thanks Fred, I will check with GoDaddy. I found a workaround - I downloaded Norton Identity Safe add-on and I am able to save user/pass that I am unable to save using Firefox alone. (I think you have to have a Norton account to use it.) Its an extra step but it is still less frustrating than having to look up the details for every client multiple times! Thanks for your help!
