When using the certificate import manager in Firefox it doesn't read the pfx files. If I choose 'all files' from the drop down menu of the import window then they appear, but when I select them they they won't appear in the import manager window. I've also installed the certificates with the Windows 10 process and they do appear in other browsers.

I think a .pfx file usually contains a personal certificate that identifies you to websites. There are several different tabs in Firefox's Certificate Manager, so make sure to select the "Your Certificates" tab before clicking the Import button for a personal certificate.
