FireFox 32-bit or 64-bit? Do I need to turn off 'Adobe protection mode' in Flash? Not seeing videos or they take FOREVER...

I have not been able to see any videos in several weeks. Maybe more.

The drop-down 'about Firefox' gives the version but not if it's a 32-bit or 64-bit on my machine. Windows7 Home. That's a subtle suggestion for the future? :)))))

After updating Flash 3-4 times, on my add-ons page it still shows 'update now' even tho the installation says 'complete' or 'success'. I have Adobe protection activated, but I saw that if it's with FF 64-bit, it may crash, etc.

(The drop-down was also showing that my FF was up to date, but on my update page it said I needed to update.  ???)

while it seems to be getting a little better each time I try to fix, it's really not working. I'm not a techy so I really don't find it fun to spend hours on this. :))))) I've been at it now these past two days, so not only has the browser been closed but also the computer, so it can't be that as the problem.

Thanks so much!
