Junk filter distinguish mailing-lists address as junkmail even checked off "junk button" several times.

When I registered some mailing-lists address to address book, still junk filter automatically divide mailing-lists's mail as junk mail. I put particular filter before to junkmail filter, but it was automatically change to second one. It seems Junk mail filter had priority in mail filtering. How can I specify the mailing lists address is not junk mail address to "Junkmail filter on Thunderbird"?
