This expired error usually indicates that your computer is off and has a wrong date/time setting.

You should see a message that includes the current time. You may have to click an Advanced button to expand hidden messages.

You can check the date and time and time zone in the clock on your computer: (double) click the clock icon on the Windows Taskbar.
