I keep getting messages that my browser isn't up to date, and a place to click to update. The message is a full screen including the firefox logo. I do check that my browser is up to date by using the tools contained in the browser.

This seems to be the originating website. It seems suspect to me.

Firefox updates automatically so does not show us pages like that. This is usually triggered by a malware infected ad on the web page you were on right before this orange page shows up. I have never seen that page as I have the AdBlock Plus add-on installed. Others are using ublock origin add-on to block the infected ad. Your choice which one to use.
