When I click to launch firefox it says your firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible. How do I fix this? I have been through all the troubleshooting and can not figure this out.
This just randomly occured when I tried to get online yesterday. I tried to go through run and pull up my profile but it does not seem to be there. I tried to create a new profile through run as well and it just pops up this error message. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling firefox and that does not seem to wrok either. This is not an issue on any other user accounts
