This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but is something that the Facebook support team should be able to help you with.
My account was also hacked after using Firefox. They changed my info to an exdonuts email. Now on the FB app itself when I click to the sign in it says unlock with Firefox but won't let me

I'm not sure why the Facebook app is referring to Firefox. Were you using Firefox to store your sign-in for the Facebook app?
Are you able to sign in to Facebook using another browser? For example:
- On Mac or iPhone: Safari
- On Windows: Edge, Internet Explorer or Chrome
- On Android: Chrome
- On Linux: Chromium
