Go to Help > Troubleshooting > about:profiles

Is more than one profile name listed?

Hi.

There is only one profile listed.

I fixed the problem by restoring to an earlier version of windows and thunderbird.

I will not update the program, I do not want to lose my data. No good updating to a newer version if all the data disappears.
