have lost mails of past 2.5 years from inbox after compacting
have lost mails of past 2.5 years from inbox after compacting. also received 2 times a crash event and thunderbird restarted. After restart 2.5 years mails have vanished from inbox. please help to recover.

sorry noticed now it is firefox section, i have re-posted this in the thunderbird section
Did you check their site setting as they are the email provider that your using?
