I want to Delete messages from the Notifications pop up in Windows 10
New mail notifications pop up in WIn 10 and stay for 30 seconds or so. Are there any add ons or settings that can add a trash button to the messages so I can just get rid of things I know I dont even want to see when I open thunderbird.

There's no way at present to delete messages from the notifications in TB. Eventually, there may be integration with W10 system notifications. If you add your accounts to the W10 Mail app, the notifications do include a delete option, and these would occur without TB being open. Otherwise, you could use a notification program like POP Peeper.
