Is there anywhere to download 7.0 or restore it?

You can download an older version. I did that and 7.0 is working again, but at some point 8.0 will need to work because support for 7 will stop.

The related bug 691271 that's included on the crash report is marked "[Fixed in Roboform 7.6.2]" so you should update the Roboform application to stop the crashes.

P.S. Matt72, you're right in saying that at some point 8.0 will need to work because support for 7 will stop. but a better reason to use Firefox 8 is because of the security vulnerabilities that it fixes. See http://www.mozilla.org/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox.html

The real solution is to get Firefox 8 working ... in your case, by updating Roboform.
