"new tab" on FILE does not come up like it used to. This started 8/08/11
Until 8/8/11 I could go up to the menu bar open FILE and click on "new tab" and I would get a new tab to work with. Since yesterday this function is no longer working. What should I do?

Uninstall the Ask Toolbar. It can cause that problem.
