At Web Page Site, See Download Link to Download Software or E Book. The Connection is not good as targeting item does not fully register as good for download. Do not see full download with megabyte reading, partial icon picture of download. Try to cancel and go back a web page to firefox to download item from different web site. Firefox frozen. Close firefox and re-open and is still frozen. Try closing and open fireox repeatedly and get message, firefox still open must close and restart or restart computer to get out of this. Try opening up Internet Explorer and using that to download but firefox freeze locks Internet Explorer too. Both will not work. Tried using Task Manager Process to close mozilla but does not work. Only thing that works is re-starting computer which I do not want to do but have to to get out of the jam. This happens every time a site is not valid-complete for download and it locks into that site trying to repeatedly download something that will not download. Again closing firefox and restarting does not work as firefox says I have not closed it when I have. I can close and open 3 or 4 times and it's still locked on trying to download that faulty site. How do I get around re-starting my computer to get out of the firefox jam.
