Hello. I'll have to apologise in advance because I'm not very technical! We have Mozilla Firefox and for a while now websites have not been showing correctly. To try to explain, the pages are always white with a basic font in black. Some pages also have black lines through text. Some graphics are not showing such as for example the google logo on google.com/co.uk and others such as the 'add to basket' on amazon (that type of graphic) Photos seem to be showing. Nothing is displaying quite right in terms of position on page etc. Can anybody help me solve this problem? I have searched online for hours on end to no avail, contacted internet provider with no response, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, cleared all cookies, checked page style is correct, checked Javascript is working correctly, disabled anti-viral software to see if that was the cause...none of which have had any effect at all.
