Mac, Firefox 3.6.12: Opening the browser - preferences - privacy - history - auto defaults to "Use custom settings for history."

Question: How to set auto default to "Never remember history" when opening the browser ?

Currently "Never Remember History" has to be reset at each opening of the browser.
