FireFox Blank pages Facebook video freezing for 3 seconds intermittently while playing

My Firefox keeps loading blank pages. I have to right click on it and choose reload. also while viewing facebook movies while its playing it freezes you can still hear sound but video freezes for 3 seconds then plays and will do it again a few minutes later. This happens every time there is a new release of FF. I have uninstalled FF and reinstalled it. Also started in safe mode and it seems to work but comes back later.
