Hey folks!

So ever since yesterday, I have been seeing this issue with certain websites that were earlier working just fine wherein most of the text is not showing up. Please refer to the attached screenshots.

These sites are opening just fine on other browsers though. So I am certain the issue is with Firefox. I have deleted the cache already, and also disabled Hardware Acceleration through the Performance settings.

Still no resolution...

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

We have recently seen reports that a font like Open Sans is causing such a problem with text missing characters.

I installed Open Sans again on my system. Still no change with the situation.

Does it work with no Open Sans fonts installed or your computer and the downloaded font needs to be used ?

On Mac there might be sandbox issues when fonts aren't installed in allowed locations, but are under control of third-party Font managers.
