Is it possible to see the preview thumbnails when switching windows like there are for switching tabs?

I'm trying to be efficient when switching between multiple Firefox windows on a Mac. On Windows, it's easy, just hit Alt+Tab and the OS handles the most-recently-used window switch.

On a Mac, there's Command+Shift+~, but it iterates the windows in the fixed order, which is definitely not what I want. So far I have to use Mission Control to handle that, and it's still not good enough.

So, is there a way to iterate over windows in the "most recently used" order also?
