three finger gesture audio

I'm using asus VivoBook S14. I set my three finger gesture taps on control panel as play/pause but when i try to use it, it doesn't work. (The volume down/up work just fine).

When i try to play audio with local files the play/pause gesture works! . i've tried to google it but i can't find any answer, the only thing i got is people asking about scroll up/down and page backward/forward. can somebody help me?
