how can I increase the duration of a notification popup, bottom Right hand cornerof screen

Hi, I am using a live chat app on our compoany website, when a customer logs in to the live chat I get a notification in the bottom right hand corner of the firefox screen, after a few seconds it fades away, I want this to stay longer, or permantely until I close it to ensure that I did miss the chat request.

Can this be customised ?
