You can set the pages as multiple home pages and set Firefox to tart with the home page(s).. You can open only these 3 websites in tabs and click the "Use Current Pages" button.

You can find the home page setting here:

  • Tools > Options > General > Startup: Home page

Firefox supports multiple home pages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.

If you do not want to change the current home page then create a copy of the Firefox desktop shortcut and add the websites to the target line.
