I am running OS X 10.10.2 and when running using firefox to run Netflix in full screen on a external monitor i cannot get rid of the status bar: -When I click the green fullscreen icon and then click the Netflix fullscreen media control i get a weird bar that looks like a blank menu bar with half of the tab icons. -this was an issue in the previous version of the operating system -this does not occur with chrome or safari any more -although displays sharing spaces can allow fullscreen without this bar it does not allow me to continue doing stuff on my other monitor while switching spaces and keeping the video fullscreen on the Netflix monitor

Would love a solution/workaround/update to solve this issue as it is the reason I have to use another browser for most of my media consumption?
