One of the sites I visit frequently is a news and social media monitoring app, and they have structured their URL naming convention as https://xxxxx.app.company.com/, where xxxxx shows the version of the app you are using.

Is there a way to edit the hostname in that file, so that as the updates occur, I can simply pop the new URL in where the old one was?

hi roush816, you could use this addon which provides editing options for saved passwords: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/saved-password-editor/
