Hi. I have a Dell Inspiron running on Windows 8 (not 8.1). When I get as far as the download page it simply won't download. Nothing freezes, it just won't download. I've gone via different support sites, run malware, turned off firewalls and antivirus, but nothing works. I downloaded it onto my pc (also running Windows 8) with no problem. Please can you help? Thanks, Andy
