This post is a follow-up to a tech’s response regarding David Cote's Google Play comment: Following a recent update to my Samsung Firefox browser, the option to position the Address/Navigation Buttons at the bottom has disappeared. This setting was previously found under Settings > Customize. Interestingly, my Pixel phone still retains this feature, as shown in the images below. In contrast, the tablet's browser now displays the Address/Navigation Buttons at the top, along with "Tab" links, resembling the Firefox browser on my laptop.
