Hi,

I've recently discovered the free Mozilla Firefox VPN. I live in Canada and I use it in order to watch anime from a legal French site. However, a few days ago, the list of countries available when I click on « Select Location » was suddenly significantly reduced while I was watching an episode. Now, it only shows very few countries (South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Australia, the United States and Japan). France completely disappeared from the list. I tried to disconnect and reconnect from my account once, and it originally fixed the issue. But then I made the mistake of disconnecting and reconnecting it again (I don't remember why), and now the problem is back again, no matter what I do.

Could you please tell me what should I do in order to get the longer countries list back (and especially the French location)?

Здравствуйте! Перестал работать встроенный VPN в баузере. До этого все исправно работало. При попытке включить, просит войти в аккаунт. После входа в аккаунт открывается новая вкладка, пишет, что удалось войти, однако сам VPN не включается

I used to be able to use UK in the free VPN list, over the last 3 days, since I updated my firefox, I am unable to do so. Has anyone else down under had this problem, if so is there a solution to the issue.

I am attempting to use your vpn. It says the I logged in successfully and that now all I have to do is turn it on. However, when I click the VPN button it displays the lets get started, I click on that button and it takes me back to a new successfully login screen and the loop continues, endlessly.

Using the native, browser-only free VPN for Firefox, and enabling via about:config, these settings to 'true':

browser.ipProtection.autoStartEnabled

browser.ipProtection.autoStartPrivateEnabled

browser.ipProtection.features.autoStart

browser.ipProtection.features.siteExceptions

browser.ipProtection.features.siteInclusions

DOES NOT actually turn on the VPN after a browser restart.

The VPN after a restart looks like it is 'ON' - the icon on the toolbar has a green tick, and when I go to click the actual VPN icon itself the VPN says it is 'ON', but when I go to a website where I use the VPN to bypass a age restriction law (like Reddit), the VPN is not working.

I need to re-turn the VPN off and then re-turn the VPN back on again for the VPN to actually work. 

Is there something I'm missing? I want the built-in, free VPN to auto start by default when I launch my Firefox browser.

Bonjour Je constate que le vpn intégré au logiciel mozilla firefox dans la version bêta donne 50Go, je me connecte avec l'Espagne, Belgique ou autre et mon adresse ip se trouve au usa (45.58.213.59). La France a un ip française ( 63.245.218.121 🇫🇷 France Paris, Département de Paris Pour quel motif je reçois un ip us même si le serveur se trouve en Belgique et pas une ip belge ou espagnole même si le serveur se trouve en Espagne? En vous remerciant pour les explications et c'est d'ailleurs pour ce motif que je n'achète pas le vpn mozilla. Cordialement Patrick

Какое то время назад, я уже писал, что перестал работать VPN в браузере Mozilla. После этого, через короткое время, VPN включили! Сейчас, снова, VPN перестал подключаться и работать. Когда же будет стабильность, в работе этого VPN? Включите, пожалуйста!
