Hi guys. Need some help. I can't download any files using Firefox. It always says, "Failed". I tried other browsers, and I'm able to download just fine. I already tried this guide, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cant-download-or-save-files, but still same. I haven't tried to re-install Firefox because I have a bunch of workbook marks that might get lost. So, I want the re-install option as a last resort. Thanks~
