When trying to acess mambo.tchibo.com I was told:

"Your session could not be established.

The session reference number: 1204c20c

Access was denied by the access policy. This may be due to a failure to meet access policy requirements.

If you are an administrator, please go to Access Policy >> Reports : All Sessions page and look up the session reference number displayed above"

And I cannot do anything about it. how could I make it work?

The error I recieved when trying to establish to a connection to that site was: SSL_ERROR_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE_ALERT

This means that the client/browser was not successful in providing a certificate. If this works in other browser, you can export the certificate for the site and import it in the Advanced Network Preferences of Firefox. Configuration Options for Certificates

Otherwise I would contact the developer or the registered owner of the domain for more information. Check the internet registry.
