Firefox and Chrome wont work, only browser working is IE?? Have no idea what to do?
I can view webpages using Internet explore but neither Chrome or Firefox work. (The wheel just keeps spinning) I only just downloaded Firefox. Chrome was my main browser up until about 3 weeks ago when this started and I persevered and now I have decided to try Firefox. Are there settings I need to change? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Sorry you are having problems with Firefox, but thanks for coming here for an answer.
You could have some problem with Network Settings.
Or you could have a problem with a firewall blocking the new browsers.
Both are problems that could affect some browsers whilst leaving another one working'

Note especially after updates to browsers you may need to remove all rules from Firewalls relating to Firefox & the plugin-container so that the firewall asks again and correctly updates its own permissions list
