Firefox Sync "Connect" button does nothing, trying to setup sync on second PC

Hi, I've installed Firefox 4.0 on a laptop and a PC (upgraded from 3.16) I setup the Sync on the laptop just fine, when I try clicking the "Connect" button within the "Set Up Sync" window it does absolutely nothing (also tried the "Create New Account" button - also does nothing). It only does this in one user's profile on the PC, a different user works fine. I have rebooted and logged in fresh as the user that I'm trying to get this to work on but no difference. Any ideas?
