When I close FF it is still running when I look at the XP Task Manager and I have to manually end it before I can reopen FF. What can I do to correct this problem?

Thanks. It seems that Flash Video Downloader - Youtube Downloader 2.0.17 was causing the problem.

I was having this same problem on a Win7 X64 machine. Turns out it was the AVG link scanner that was causing it to hang in memory after exit. Disabled the link scanner, runs great.
