My form/search history is not saved between browser sessions, but is saved within sessions. After filling out forms on any site, I can return as many times as I would like and the history is remembered as long as I haven't closed my browser. However, if I restart Firefox, everything is erased. I have "remember search and form history" selected in my privacy settings. This applies to all websites, and to all of my search history, too. Suggestions?
