Hello, I had a yearly subscription of Mozilla VPN, for this there is a 30 day money back guarantee in Germany. I decided on the first day not to use the product and wanted to cancel the subscription and get my money back. Apparently I misunderstood the procedure here and stupidly deleted my Mozilla account. But now I am unable to contact Mozilla to request a refund. Alternatively I would want to use Mozilla VPN for the year in the meantime, but this is also not possible anymore because of my deleted account... Is there a solution here? So either request the refund of the money or restore the deleted account to be able to use the paid product after all? Greeting, Thomas.
