I updated firefox to the latest version after realizing that all the logins and passwords had been canceled in lockwise (not by me), I tried to follow the instructions to recover them but it was not possible, lost forever! Also in lockwise options I don't have the "export logins" command but only "import ...", why?

Exporting logins has only been enabled in Firefox 79, so if you haven't updated yet then you do not see the export to CSV in Lockwise.

Ok, thanks for the answer, the problem of the export command is solved, but it is a pity to have lost all the logins and passwords without having any warning from the browser, I thought they were safer than it actually was.

You shouldn't lose logins when you update.

If you lost personal data then it is possible that a new default-release profile folder has been created.

See "Determine if Firefox has created a new profile":

You can open the about:profiles page via the location bar to check whether multiple profiles are present and what profile Firefox currently is using.

Firefox 67 and newer use a dedicated profile for each Firefox installation and lock this profile to prevent other Firefox installations from using this profile.

--- You can also check if you have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop in case the Refresh feature in Firefox has been used and a new profile has been created.

Note that "Reset" creates a new default profile and tries to recover settings like bookmarks and history and passwords and history and cookies and auto-fill data from the old profile, but you lose data like installed extensions and other customizations.

The current profile folder will be moved to the "Old Firefox Data" folder on the Desktop.
