lost logins and passwords in this new lockwise

I have a similar situation:

  1. Occurred in the last couple of days (~3 Apr 2020)
  2. Pretty sure it's not the 73 update bug as there's no key3.db on my machine, and I don't remember seeing Firefox update (Currently on 74) (Ran `sudo find ~ -name 'key3.db' `)
  3. Running Ubuntu 16.04
