Firefox Windows 10 task tray shortcut icon ceases to function upon each browser update.
After the update is applied, the task tray shortcut turns into a generic icon, instead of the Firefox icon. You can't right click and delete the icon. You have to left click on it, at which time you get a pop-up that it can't find the program, and asks if you want to delete it. After the generic icon is deleted from the task tray, you have to create a new shortcut on the desktop, then drag it onto the task tray, then delete the desktop shortcut. This problem started a few updates ago.
