I actually solved my problem - screen looked atypical and partially downloaded, but I finally noticed app in left hand corner - it worked

When I downloaded app the page appeared to be partially loaded. Firefox Logo an arrow that was unresponsive next to it, and at the bottom a empty solid blue rectangular frame.

When I downloaded it again, because I wanted to add the image to my question, I noticed the words firefox app in small black print under the logo. I clicked it and it worked. So now I have it.
