Hi Bradley, sorry you are unhappy with Firefox and its support. I will try to briefly address the issues. Please post back if you still have problems and need further information. === Flash Player === Most of us have no problem playing Adobe Flash Player content including videos. That should work should for you. There is however possibilities something went wrong, maybe for instance you have ad or scriptblocking utilities or other plugins that are affecting the playing of such videos. Also not that FlashPlayer probably will not be supported for much longer, Firefox and other major browsers are likely to drop support for it possibly in the coming year. Note major sites like YouTube will provide video content that uses the browsers HTML5 and no longer need FlashPlayer. If you have problems with Flash Player being blocked please give examples of sites that have problems, state the exact message you see, & provide a screenshot * [[How do I create a screenshot of my problem?]] === Firefox Support === Firefox software is provided free of charge. Although donations are always welcome & like most free software the support is by fellow users of the software. === Firefox Account | Sync === The Firefox account you mention is probably being used by you because of Firefox Sync. That has very hight security and used end to end encryption. Mozilla employees cold not access your unencrypted data even if you authorised them to do so - unless they act as you do and have access to your email and login credentials. If you have set up a new account your original data on the server is no longer accessible. Of course the same data should be on your device or devices and so you should not have lost it. Note Firefox Sync is not primarily intended to be a backup service and it is not safe to use it as such. I am not aware of there having been any problem with Sync, or Firefox accounts not working with gmail accounts. === XP Support === You should also be aware that Microsoft themselves stopped supporting Windows XP a while ago. Firefox is the only major browser that does support XP but that support will end soon. To stay safe it may be wise to upgrade to another Operating System. It may be worth noting there is Free Linux operating systems that are available and will easily run on a Machine capable of running Windows XP.
