i want to be able to use instagram on desktop computer

i have a login. i can login to instagram on my computer and view "my account" and thats it. cant search or view my "following"

You can't search for anything. Instagram doesn't have that feature implemented on their website, only in app. Instagram also doesn't allow you to view who is following you in the browser.
